How to submit payment for a coaching course

Coaches can directly access the payment form by clicking here.

Note: Please do not submit payment for a course that you are not registered too.

 

How to submit payment for a coaching course

Once you have completed the registration component of a course you will be brought to an invoice page for the course along with the payment form attached to the bottom.

Course Information

On the payment page you'll be asked to fill out some personal information (name and FFA number), you will then need to select the course you are paying for.

  • Highlighted by the red box is the course type you will need to select "Coaching".
  • Highlighted by the green box is the event name, you will need to select the course you are attending in this case "Advanced FFA YOUTH C Licence".
  • Highlighted by the blue box is the cost of the course, it will be filled automatically.
  • Highlight by the orange box is the tick box that must be completed for payment to go through correctly. In this case "Advanced FFA YOUTH C Licence" will be selected.

 

Once you have correctly filled in the details you will need to go to the bottom of the page to accept the terms and conditions and proceed to the final payment screen.

After you have read and accepted the terms and conditions you will need to click the "Submit" payment highlighted by the red box.

From there you will be taken to our PayPal page where you will submit your money.

Once this is completed your registration and payment to the course will be completed.
