Introducing the Club Support Series
This new initiative provides tools, training and resources via a series of pre-recorded webinars, covering key topics for Club Committee members. The series is designed to assist you and your Club/Association to navigate the diverse challenges of running a community sporting organisation and will replace the Club Development Conference in 2021.
World Game Facilities Fund
The Victorian Government has announced that the 2020-21 round of The World Game Facilities Fund is now open, giving clubs across the state the opportunity to improve their facilities.
The $20 million fund has already completed two rounds of funding in previous years, delivering $9.4 million to 37 game-changing projects with a total project value of $25.5 million.

- 2021 FV New Club Application Policy: Each year FV receives expressions of interest for new clubs. To find out more about FV, and especially what we are looking for in new clubs, please read the policy.
- 2021 Men's State Application Process: Each year, Football Victoria receives expressions of interest for existing clubs to join the FV Men’s State League Competition. For FV to consider an application, applicants must submit the online application form by Thursday 3rd December 2020.
- Club Mergers and Amalgamations Checklist: Football Victoria has developed the club mergers and amalgamations process so that there is a clear and consistent path for clubs to merge/amalgamate with other clubs.
The Change Makers Project
Football Victoria (FV) is proud to be part of The Change Makers Project, an innovative collaboration between FV, Victoria University and Clubs. The project will assist Clubs to make tangible improvements and opportunities for women & girls, with the aim of achieving 50/50 representation.
Clubs can nominate one Change Maker to participate in the project, who will be guided to create tailored, practical and sustainable solutions to drive participation and improve experiences for women and girls.
