The social, 7-a-side game is perfect for women and girls of all skill levels and is a great way to start playing football, even if you've never tried it before.

VENUE: Frankston Pines SC
DATES: February 23, March 1, 8, 15, 18
KICK-OFF TIMES: Between 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE: $60
RULES:
- 7 v 7 including goalkeepers
- Max of 12 eligible players
- 2 x 25-minute halves (5 min half time)
- Interchange
- Club uniforms are not required
- No offsides
- Shin Pads Compulsory
- Players must be at least 20 years of age as of 1 January 2024
