In November 2023, Football Victoria (FV) revealed details of an unprecedented level of Club debt. For many Clubs, this debt threatened their involvement in FV competitions in 2024.
Although there remain a number of Clubs completing their final payment arrangements, we are very pleased to confirm that all Clubs have now met the minimum requirements, currently allowing them to continue as participants in 2024 FV competitions.
We would like to express our appreciation to all Clubs for their diligent attention and support during this process. Clubs are the fabric of local communities and we are pleased to see all continuing to serve their football families.
