Football Victoria (FV) is the governing body of Football and Futsal in Victoria.

Football Victoria (FV) has reopened registrations from players who wish to trial and represent Victoria at the 2022 National Futsal Championships (NFC), due to be held on the Gold Coast in Queensland between 10-14 April 2022.

The National Futsal Championships is the largest of Football Australia’s national tournaments, with close to 1,000 participants from over 100 teams being involved from states and territories across Australia. Historically representative teams from Solomon Islands and New Zealand have also participated.

Victoria wishes to nominate representative squads in all age groups offered at the 2022 National Futsal Championships:

For Players born on or after 1 January 2005

17 Girls

For Players born on or after 1 January 2004

19 Men & 19 Women

For Players born on or after 1 January 2002

Open Men

For Players born on or before 31 December 2001*

Open Women

For Players born on or before 31 December 2001*

Athletes with Disability (AWD) 

No Age Qualification. 


*In exceptional circumstances Minimum Age for Open Men - Male 16 (Born 2005)
*In exceptional circumstances Minimum Age for Open Women - Female 15 (Born 2006)

Age eligibility is determined by a player’s age as at 31 December 2021.

In order to be eligible for selection, players will be required to register using the registration link below. Player registrations will close on 5pm Friday 14 January 2022 with trials and training sessions to commence on Sunday 6 February 2022 and continue right though to the completion of the tour in April 2022.
