Springvale White Eagles FC becomes FV’s 200th 1 Star Club under the FA Club Changer Program
In early 2023, the committee at Springvale White Eagles FC embarked on a transformative journey to rebuild the club's legacy. Recognizing the need for comprehensive change, the committee focused on revitalizing the club from the ground up, beginning with embracing the FA Club Changer Club Development Program.
Supported by FV’s Growth & Development team, the committee laid the foundation for a Women and Girls Action Plan, outlining steps to expand the club's membership, and female participation rates, and foster inclusivity.
This strategic approach aimed to address challenges faced by the club in recent times, including mapping new opportunities, while confronting facility growth limitations, and the impacts and constraints of operating from privately run facilities.
Utilising the Club Changer Program and led by a stable and devoted committee dedicated to the growth and development of the club, Springvale White Eagles FC sets out to create a warm, welcoming space, with a strong emphasis on fostering a family-friendly atmosphere.
The positive energy generated by the program is expected to translate into renewed confidence from players, parents, sponsors, and community members alike.
