After a hugely successful relaunch last year, Football Victoria's Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) Program is returning in 2024. Join the program and provide your coaches with the support they need to improve the experience of everybody at your Club.
In 2023, 105 Clubs were involved in the CCC Program, with over 565 coaches receiving support from Football Victoria's Program Managers with Club visits and online learning.
The program also included an incredible Gala Day at The Home of the Matildas, where 200 players from involved Clubs gathered with their coaches to take part in an enjoyable day of tournament-style football.
In 2023, FV will continue to invest and improve in the program. There will be more content, resources and session plans, including interviews with former and current professional footballers, English football league referees and much more.
What is the Club Coach Coordinator Program?
The CCC Program pairs your Club's coaches with a FV Program Manager who:
- Provides access to the CCC Portal, giving you access to session plans, elite training methods and more
- Build strong sense of inclusion and belonging, including welcoming new players, members, and supporters.
- Maintain good communication between all Club stakeholders and;
- Create a positive, safe, and non-threatening environment in which players and coaches feel that they can try new things and make mistakes.
Clubs can support their coaches through a variety of packages ranging from a Basic package which primarily involves online support, through the Bronze & Silver packages which offer regular online catch-ups.
Gold packages are also available, which provide a higher level of in-person support including Club visits, Community Coaching Certificates and a planned Coaching Conference.
