In the lead up to Football Victoria’s 2018 Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2019, FV is calling for nominations for Life Membership from the Victorian football family. Nominations must be made in accordance with Rule 9 of the Constitution and Life Membership Policy. Please refer to the Criteria for Life Membership in the attached Policy as a guide to determining the suitability of a candidate.
If you know a person who has provided ‘continuous outstanding meritorious service’ to football in Victoria, please consider recommending them for nomination. Specifically, clause 9.3 of the constitution provides,‘Any Member or Director may nominate an individual for admission as a Life Member’and so any person recommending a person for Life Membership should do so with the knowledge and approval of a current Director or Member. Nominations will only be considered if they are completed via the attached Nomination Form and submitted to FV by 5.00pm on Friday, 11 January 2019, either by mail or emailed to info@footballvictoria.com.au
