2018 Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Festival

The Disability Sport and Recreation Festival is a unique community event that promotes and celebrates physically active lifestyles for people of all abilities.

The festival offers Victorians with, and without, disability the opportunity to explore and experience accessible and inclusive sport and recreation through hands-on activities and information sharing.

Featuring over 30 exhibitors and three activity zones – come and try different inclusive sport and recreational activities, learn about programs you can get involved with in your community, meet Paralympians and, for the first time, interact with giant wheelchair puppets.

You can also witness the Law Enforcement Torch Run, with over 100 police and Special Olympics Athletes running from the Victoria Police Centre to the festival. Or watch teams battle it out in the AFL Wheelchair Corporate Challenge.

Come and celebrate International Day of People with Disability by getting active!
