Football Victoria to join all-new NPL.TV streaming platform in 2022

Football Victoria (FV) is pleased to announce that it will join an all-new NPL.TV streaming service, powered by Cluch, alongside three other member federations, for the 2022 season.

Over 600 Victorian football matches will be streamed on the free platform, across NPL VIC Men’s, NPL VIC Women’s, NPL VIC U21’s, Nike FC Cup, Dockerty Cup, one match per week from NPL Men’s 2 & 3 and more.

In total, NPL.TV will bring together over 1,850 live matches per year from Football Victoria, Football NSW, Football South Australia and Capital Football into one centralised streaming platform.

A brand new weekly NPL Victoria highlights package, Extra Time, will also be available on the platform weekly, bringing together a review of the previous round of football action across our Men’s and Women’s competitions.

Every game on the new NPL.TV service will be available globally and free-to-view via dedicated iOS and Android mobile applications; Apple TV and Android TV applications; and web browsers.

FV CEO, Kimon Taliadoros, heralded this significant advancement for the competitions.

“FV are so pleased to be part of an aggregated platform to enhance the exposure and professionalism of our NPL Victoria and Cup competitions.

“Interest in our game has never been higher and we look forward to the new NPL.TV service delivering experiential and commercial benefits for all football stakeholders.”

Gus Seebeck, Managing Director of Cluch, celebrated the collaboration of Member Federations on the project.

“This is a landmark agreement for National Premier Leagues and other elite state-based football competitions across the majority of Australia.”

“From the outset, each Member Federation has embraced the potential of a truly centralised national platform.”
