Football Victoria’s (FV) first Australia Cup draw of 2023 was streamed today, with 133 teams from the Men's State Leagues (MSL) & Regional Associations learning their fate.
The magic of the cup is officially back with the 2023 Australia Cup Preliminary Round 1 Draw for Victoria taking place today.
The first 19 teams drawn received a bye in Round 1, meaning they automatically progress to the next stage of the tournament, while the remaining 114 teams were drawn into 57 fixtures. Fixtures will be confirmed shortly and posted on the Gameday website.
Today's draw consisted of Clubs from the following divisions.
- Men’s State League 3 Clubs: 24
- Men’s State League 4 Clubs: 48
- Men’s State League 5 Clubs: 46
- Regional/Association Clubs: 15
