Football Victoria (FV) is delighted release the NPL Victoria fixtures for the 2024 season, with the Men's set to kick-off on February 8 and the Women's to follow on March 15.
The countdown is on! The fixtures for Victoria's top-tier leagues are now live. It has been a monumental year in our game and with the recent announcement of a National Second Tier, anticipation for football to return is at an all-time high.
Season 2024 is set to launch with a bang, as South Melbourne host the Melbourne Knights. The Original Melbourne Derby will take place on Thursday, February 8, while reigning champions Avondale FC kick-off their title defence against newly promoted Dandenong City at Avenger Park on Saturday, February 10.
There are plenty of other blockbuster matchups to look forward to in the early rounds of the season, which will undoubtedly set the scene for a thrilling campaign.
A month later on Friday, March 15 Box Hill and newly promoted Brunswick Juventus will lock horns in the NPLW curtain raiser at Wembley Park. The following day Champions South Melbourne will welcome Bayside United to Lakeside Stadium, while Calder United head back to The Home of the Matildas - where they won their sixth consecutive Nike FC Cup - to take on FV Emerging.
The release also includes the fixtures for NPL U23 Men's and U20 Women's.
