Where can I find what Coaching Courses are on?

Coaching Courses are all listed on the MyFootballClub website. Please head to the Find A Course page and select the type of course you are looking for to find out when the next Community Coaching Course is being held in your area:

Where can I find my coaching certificates and qualifications?

You can find all that information from your Qualification Management System's profile on MyFootballClub and print out your coaching certificates. Simply log in to MyFootballClub here with your FFA number and email address to get started.

Where can I find what Advanced Courses are on?

Details on all upcoming Advanced Coaching Courses are available within Coach HQ. Simply head to the Advanced Coaching Courses section to find out all the details.

Where can I register for a Coaching Course?

Once you find the course you are looking for in the Find A Course page, you can then click on "course details" to find out more about that particular course (like dates and location) or click on "register" to begin the registration process.

Follow the prompts and fill in the payment form on the final page to complete the process. Any issues, please contact coaching@ffv.org.au for guidance

How do I receive my certificate after completing a course?

Once a course is concluded the attendance sheet will be cross-referenced with payments received for the course.

All coaches who have registered, paid and attended the course in full will receive an email notifying them that their certificate is now printable in their Qualifications and History section on My Football Club.

How can I complete payment for a course that I've already registered to?

If you've already registered the course, however you're yet to complete payment you can access the payment form directly by clicking here.

How can I run a coaching course at my club?

If your club is interested in running a coaching course you can fill out our Coaching Course Request Form. Once completed we will contact you in regards to setting up the registration link for your coaches.

How can I renew my coach accreditation?

To view Football Federation Australia's current re-accreditation guidelines you can do so by clicking here.

There is no re-accreditation process for community courses, once your accreditation expires it is no longer valid.

What happens if I miss a day on my coaching course?

If a coach misses a day of a coaching course they are permitted to attend the day/days missed on a future course (this only applies to days after the first, if you miss the first day of the course you will not be able to attend the later days and will need to attend another course at a later date).
