With the Westfield W-league now well and truly in motion, the Victorian football community is strongly supporting all Victorians involved in the competition.
The pre-season preparation, time and commitment that all players and coaching staff devoted to the 14-round season is now starting to pay dividends as teams battle it out for the Premiership and Championship Trophies.
FV congratulates players from the Victorian Emerging Matildas program who have now successfully transitioned into Westfield W-league Clubs. Nia Stamatopoulos and Maja Markovski both earned positions with Melbourne City FC and Paige Zois and Alana Jancevski joined Melbourne Victory for the AFC Club Championship in South Korea as they take the next step forward in their football development.
