Team Entry Open For 2019 Women's State Knock-Out Cup

Team entries are now open for the Football Victoria Women's State Knock-Out Cup for 2019.

Running since 2012, the Women's State Knock-Out Cup is mandatory for all NPL Victoria Women's clubs while all State Leagues women's clubs and Regional Affiliate clubs have been invited to enter.

68 clubs entered the competition in 2018 and Football Victoria is hoping to break the mark this season to achieve a new participation record.

Calder United are the defending champions after winning the final last year against Box Hill United 3-1. The win meant Calder was the first club to win the Women's State Knock-Out Cup for a second time, going back-to-back in doing so.

State League clubs Keilor Park and Melbourne University advanced the furthest of non-NPLW clubs in 2018, making the quarter finals.

Regional Affiliate club Ballarat North United competed in last year's tournament. Football Victoria is encouraging more clubs from Regional Affiliate leagues to enter in 2019.
