Tokyo 2020 Paralympics set to begin Tuesday, 24 August | Learn about FV's All-Abilities Program

The Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympic Games kick-off next Tuesday the 24th of August, with 179 Aussie athletes venturing to Tokyo to compete.

The Pararoos, Australia’s national football team won’t feature due to COVID-19 related travel complications, but there will still be a strong Australian presence in Tokyo and we urge everyone in the Victorian football community to support our athletes.

Channel 7 will broadcast the event, which will run from 24 August to the 5th of September.

With crowds once again limited, Paralympics Australia has released a fantastic initiative which gives you the opportunity to buy a Green & Gold Virtual Seat.

Funds donated through the virtual seat campaign will be directly invested back into Australia’s Paralympics program, meaning your support will directly assist the next generation of Aussie Paralympians to achieve their dreams.

To date, more than 3000 virtual seats have been bought, raising almost $100,000.
