Football Victoria is excited to announce The New Norm, Female Referee Leadership Program.
Proudly supported by VicHealth, this program aims to develop and empower our female referees through a series of talks and development sessions. Each session will cover a variety of topics ranging from mental strength development to the importance of mentors.
Statistics show that only 10% of Victorian referees are female. The New Norm strives to embolden our existing female referees and further equip them with the skills, knowledge and confidence required to excel.
The New Norm, Female Referee Leadership Program will be delivered online and will consist of four sessions, as outlined below:

Session One - 21 October 2020, 5pm – 7pm

Session Two - 4 November 2020, 5pm – 7pm

Session Three - 18 November 2020, 5pm – 7pm

Session Four - 3 December 2020, 5pm – 7pm
This free program is open to all Victorian female referees.
