Football Victoria (FV) is aware of an incident that took place on the pitch during the NPL 3 match between Box Hill United and Springvale White Eagles on Saturday, 1 May.
A full investigation is underway and accordingly, FV is not in a position to provide any further comments until the conclusion of the process.
FV strongly condemns any violent or disrespectful behaviour in our game and all of our football community are reminded of our Respect The Game campaign and their own responsibility to uphold these values, on and off the pitch.
