Each year Football Victoria FV receives expressions of interest for new clubs. To find out more about FV, and especially what we are looking for in new clubs, please read the 2021 FV New Club Application Policy.
Before submitting your expression of interest using the online form below, please ensure that you have read and understand the 2021 FV New Club Application Policy. This is especially important as FV will prioritise areas not currently serviced by community clubs. Breaking away from existing clubs is not encouraged. To avoid doubt, FV will not support new club applications from businesses, especially academies or individuals offering private tuition.
Stage 1 - Online Applications due by COB Monday 30th November 2020
Clubs must complete the Online Application form (Click here) by COB Monday 30th November 2020, which must provide the following documentation.

Stage 2 - Application Reviewed
FV will assess all applications and provide feedback on whether they have been short listed for 2021. FV will organise a meeting with a member of the Club’s Committee of the short-listed Club’s.
Stage 3 - Application Outcome by end of December 2020
FV will provide an outcome which is subject to the Club participating in Systems training and attending the Club Development Conference which is to be held in early 2021.
Successful applicants must complete relevant paperwork and undertake systems training/information seminars as directed by FV prior to entering teams for the upcoming season.
Stage 4 – Ongoing Review
End of team entry review with FV competitions team and relevant Club Ambassador.
End of season review with FV competitions team and Club Ambassador.
