2020 Australian Coaching Conference

In an Australian first, Football Victoria in conjunction with Football Federation Australia, Football Coaches Australia and a number of other Member Federations around the country are pleased to present the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference – Online.

The Online Conference, conducted on Saturday 28 November, will feature more than 15 presentations and sessions from some of the country’s foremost experts, as well as several special keynote presentations from a number of preeminent international speakers.

The day will be convened and co-hosted by two of Australia’s leading football commentators, Ms Stephanie Brantz and Adam Peacock with special contributions from other well known football personalities.

With current COVID-19 restrictions still in place, the Conference will be held online using the latest in video communications and technology.

Importantly, and with these streams and their presentations being held concurrently, registrants will be able to access sessions later through a special exclusive platform. Effectively this means that anyone who registers will have online access to every presentation and every minute of the Conference.

The overall theme of the Conference is “Develop the Environment, Develop Potential” with four distinct streams of presentations:

  • Developing the Youth Player
  • Coaching the Female Player
  • Learnings from the International scene
  • Football Science, Medicine and Research

Further information including the announcement of presenters will be continually rolled out over the coming weeks.

Registrants of the 2020 Australian Coaching Conference will receive 30 FFA ‘CPD’ points towards their ongoing accreditation.

REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN WITH AN ‘EARLY BIRD’ SPECIAL FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF $50 (INC GST) PER PERSON.

From 1 November the cost will be $60 (inc GST) and a special ‘club’ rate of $1000 (inc GST) will be made available for 30 coaches (all with separate online log-in codes).
