GO Soccer Mums is a program designed specifically for less active mums and women to increase physical activity and social engagement - which is very important for physical and mental health.

We're LGBTQI inclusive and believe football is for ALL!

I have never played football before, can I take part in GO Soccer Mums?

ABSOLUTELY! There is #NoExperienceRequired for the GO Soccer Mums program, as every session can be adapted by the Deliverer to suit the participants on the day.

Is there a cost to participate?

Each GO Soccer Mums session is very affordable, ranging from $5-12 per participant, per session. Pricing will vary depending on costs incurred for delivery at each metro/regional location.

When do the sessions take place?

GO Soccer Mums is a fully flexible program, meaning that host clubs/venues can nominate a time, location and dates to suit participant availability.

There are no restrictions, sessions can take place on weekdays or weekends at any time of the day.

Sessions will often take place at the same time as junior training nights, to accommodate mums while their kids are taking part in their own training.

How long are the sessions?

Each GO Soccer Mums session will go for approximately 45 - 60 minutes, depending on the participants and venue availability.

We keep session lengths manageable to fit into a busy lifestyle, to keep active and socialise.
