Football Victoria's Constitutional Reform Program

Football Victoria (FV) has announced the commencement of the 2021 Constitutional Reform Program.

This is a major project that is intended to review the FV Constitution through a detailed consultation process, then implement changes that will ultimately reshape Football Victoria's governance structure going forward.

The process is expected to run throughout 2021, with the anticipated conclusion of the project expected for September.


As a first step, following FV's call for Expressions of Interest, FV has appointed six (6) Stakeholder Representatives to the CRG.

The FV Board considered each application, taking into account each candidate’s background, skill set and Football experience. FV wishes to thank all the people who expressed interest to join the CRG and looks forward to their ongoing involvement in this important project.

CRG Stakeholder Representatives

  • Katherine Stamatopoulos;
  • Bob Stensholt;
  • Angela Williams;
  • Arthur Kiousis;
  • Margaret Giudice; and
  • Mark Powell.

These Stakeholder Representatives will work with an independent Chair and two (2) FV Directors to guide the Constitutional reform process.

In total, the CRG will comprise of the following:

  • An independent Chair
  • 2x FV Directors
  • 6x Stakeholder Representatives


The current timeline for the project can be outlined below. Please note that this is currently a draft and subject to change. If any amendments are made, FV will issue the relevant communications.
