Barnstoneworth United Junior Football Club (BUJFC) is a thriving junior club based in Williamstown with over 450 boys and girls playing through all age groups. In conjunction with the senior club BUJFC are proud to support the local community and an important part of that is running the ‘Football 4 Fun’ soccer program for children with an intellectual and/or learning disability. Berwick City Soccer Club

The Berwick City Soccer Club caters for boys and girls with a Disability, aged between 5 and 16 years. The club is proud of its community environment, and sessions will focus on creating a fun experience for all players, team work activities and building their football skills. Children of all abilities are welcome.

The club is passionate about Paralympic football, and in the future will be focused on creating a specific program for 7-a-side Football, which is for men and women with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries or stroke-related impairments. This will be the third program of its kind in Melbourne.

When: Thursdays, weekly sessions during the football season

Collingwood Junior Eagles Special Needs Soccer Program

The Collingwood Junior Eagles program caters for children aged 8-18 with a physical and/or intellectual disability. Junior Eagles players learn to play soccer in a safe, friendly and relaxed environment where the focus is on fun, skill development and participation.

Junior Eagles players also have the option to participate in the Football Victoria (FV) All Abilities competition, with games being played bi-weekly on Saturdays for older children, and 5 times throughout the season for the younger group.

When: 
24th April to 28th August 

Time: 
Juniors (8-15) Saturdays 9:30am - 10:15am
Seniors (15+) Saturdays 10:30am - 11:30am

Where: Collingwood City FC, Bastow Oval, Kevin Bartlett Sporting and Recreation Complex, FR Smith Drive, Burnley.

Cost: $120 for 15 week season – includes registration, uniform, coaching, team trophy and photo.

Onemda Clinics

 Onemda, an organisation for adults with a disability. Basic skills, drills followed by a friendly match occur every week throughout the year during the school terms.

Glen Eira All Abilities Football Program

The Glen Eira All Abilities Football Program is a great way to enjoy the game, meet new people, get fit and have fun. Open to all abilities (physical and/or intellectual disabilities), all ages and all genders, this program includes training sessions and friendly matches. Come along for a free try-out session.

When: Sessions run fortnightly on Sundays (from February – November), from 10-11am

Hampton Dolphins is a parent run soccer training club for children, teens and young adults with special needs. The Dolphins cater mainly for people with intellectual disabilities, as well as individuals with limited mobility. Unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible.

Maccabi FC Mighty Bees All Abilities Program

This program runs every Sunday, during school terms, from 9.30am to 10.30am and is for kids aged from 6 to 15 years old with special needs. The program is run by Gabbi Tauber who has extensive experience in running group sessions and working with neurodiverse children in individual and group settings. This is a low cost program so that it remains accessible to all.

When: Sunday mornings 9.30am-10.30am during school terms

Where: The “Extreme” field at the back of the Caulfield Park bowls club

Northcote City Football Club offer a 7-a-side football development program that caters for people aged 10 years or older who have cerebral palsy, or have been affected by an acquired brain injury or stroke. Catering for beginners as well as seasoned football players, this program is currently the only certified 7-a-side football program in Victoria, with pathways to Paralympic competition.
