VICTORIAN AWD FUTSAL PROGRAM
The Inaugural AWD Futsal program launched in 2023 and consists of a monthly training session. The program is designed for participants with a disability and/or impairment to train competitively and represent Victoria at the National Futsal Championships.
VICTORIAN AWD FUTSAL TEAM
Held annually, the National Futsal Championships bring together each state's best futsal players to compete for national glory. The tournament features a wide range of age groups and categories, including the Athletes With Disability (AWD) Mixed division.
In the AWD division each state sends a representative team to the championships which is composed of people of all ages, skill levels, abilities and gender. Football Victoria's AWD Futsal Team performed valiantly at this year's tournament finishing in third place.
